Nkrumah Candela Yusif (Jamar Jargo), self acclaimed Ghetto Chief Imam of Africa is a young global Islamic Dawah Artist, YouTuber and Philanthropist born and raised in Ghana. He studied Islam and the Holy Quran mostly on his own and help from a few scholars and holds a Bachelors in Information Technology from the University of Education, Winneba – Ghana.

Jamar Jargo’s Lyrical Dawah, social media videos and charity work has gained worldwide recognition and has been nominated to join “The Top 100 Most Influential Muslims in Ghana” in 2022.

He has thousands of followers across his social media platforms. His lyrical approach to Dawah, cinematic videos has made him one of the most promising Muslim influencers online in Africa. His debut dawah single (Spoken Word) “Deen Over Dunya” Featuring UK Islamic Artist Castillo Nasheeds made grounds in the UK, Nigeria, Qatar, Ghana and most Muslim communities in Africa. He is gradually proving himself worthy of the title “Ghetto Chief Imam”.

Jargo travels around Ghana and africa spreading a simple but profound message: “Deen Over Dunya”.

He is active in alternate entertainment for Islam and a strong image for Halal content, Sunnah, helping to keep the Ghanaian Muslim youth in Islam and the rebranding of Islam to Non-Muslims Globally.
